Children learn to master the art of attention, learning how to focus their attention within themselves through mental imagery and meditation techniques.


Meditation teaches our children that by learning to understand and regulate our breathing, we can develop the ability to control our bodies and focus our minds.


These life skills provide children with tools to manage  anger, frustration, stress and anxiety, inspiring balance and harmony. Children learn how to center and align themselves with their task and environment.
